Toyota of Keene was able to help me get out of a Jeep wrangler that I could no longer deal with. Along with that Sean Parent(dealer) was understanding of my situation and helped me get into a Toyota Corolla iM, it was within my budget and great practicality for being a full time student. I got a more than fair price on my trade and was in and out of there in no time driving back to Massachusetts in my new Toyota! Great experience and very family oriented business. Keene Toyota's Patrick Harrington is patient, honest, and easy to work with. We stopped in a few weeks back to test drive a used RAV4 for our 22 year old daughter. Patrick took the time to answer all of her questions including the difference between CPO and used. She has an opportunity to test drive multiple RAV4s. It was a wonderful first car buying experience for our daughter thanks to Patrick.
For the past 2 years I had been bringing my Rav4 to this dealership to be serviced. The prices were usually decent and the people were friendly. The wait times were typically longer than other places I had gone in the past but I liked the idea of a Toyota dealership serving my vehicle. A few months back I brought it in to get an oil change and to investigate a squealing sound that I thought was coming from the brakes. After waiting several hours I got my car back and they said it was probably the brakes. I was annoyed that in those several hours they didn't do anything to address the brakes but ended up just making another appointment. On my next visit they had my car for an entire day and ended up changing out brakes that needed to be replaced but a day later the noise returned. I called them to let them know the noise had returned and they were nice enough to come pick up my car, at which point they heard the noise. They swapped out the brake pads again, this time at no charge, which I also thought was nice of them. The next day the noise returned. Although I appreciated they made a solid effort to fix the problem, in the end they failed in actually fixing the problem. Overall they had my car for the better part of 3 days and since I live about 30 minutes away I can’t justify bringing my car back since I don’t have confidence the time invested will result in a solution. In the past I would have recommended this dealership for service but going forward I’ll be looking elsewhere.

My wife and I bought a new Toyota Highlander last month from Shawn Waters at Keene Toyota in Keene, New Hampshire. Shawn was a pleasure to work with during the entire transaction. There was no high pressure, Shawn was very knowledgeable about the car, he gave us a fair price for our trade-in, and he gave us a lower price on the new car compared to the other two Toyota dealers in the area. What was most impressive was that since my wife will be the primary driver of this new car, Shawn spent the better part of an hour showing my wife all of the interior and exterior features of the car, and especially all of the operations and characteristics of all of the electronic components on the instrument panel. Both my wife and I were very impressed at Shawn's care and concern for his customers, and we would highly recommend working with Shawn to buy a car.
It truly was an easy experience and our sales associate Kenny was great. We would recommend going there to anyone who asks.
